• Jim provided the opening keynote for about 3,000 senior government executives at the annual Government Finance Officers Association event in San Antonio, TX
• the US Army Corp of Engineers had him for a talk on innovation for 800 staff at their annual offsite in San Diego
• Jim Carroll was a member of the Federal Government Online Advisory Board, which is mandated to provide the President of the Treasury Board with guidance on government transformation issues.

• the Management Board Secretariat of the Province of Ontario brought him in for a session involving all 30 deputy ministers.
